ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

1. Online Application are invited for the courses commencing on 01 Aug 24 for apprenticeship (Technical trade) at Base Repair Depot, Air Force, Pune. Selection process for the same would be from 26 July 24 to 31 July 24 at Base Repair Depot, Air Force, Pune.

2. Age Limit (as on 01 Aug 24)

Candidates Age Limit

General : 17-21 Yrs

OBC : 17-24 Yrs

SC/ST : 17-26 Yrs

3. Minimum Educational qualification

(a) Passed 10 and 10+2 passing would be desirable.

(b) ITI Qualified with minimum of 65% marks.

‘Reservation for OBC, ST/SC and other categories as prescribed in section 3A & B of apprentice Act 1961, Rule 5 of Apprenticeship Rules 1992 (as amended from time to time ) will be applicable.

5. Medical standards

Height : Minimum acceptable height is 152 Cm. Weight -Minimum of 48 Kg. Hearing- Candidates should have a normal hearing i.e, able to hear forced whisper from a distance of 6 mts with each ear separately. Dental: Should have healthy gums, good set of teeth and minimum 14 dental points. Health: He should be free from any active or latent. Acute or cronic, medical or surgical disability or infection or skin element. Candidate shall be physically and mentally fit to undergo the courses in any climate. A valid medical certificate issued by Medical Officer (Gazetted), as to having been medically examined as per medical standards innumerated in apprenticeship act 1961, is to be submitted to Base Repair Depot, Air Force, Pune for scrutiny at the time of selection process.

6. Stipend

During the course, the candidate will be paid stipend as per the semi-skilled pay structure (Maximum 10,500.00) in vogue under Maharashtra Government.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES

1. Application will be filled Online by the candidates www.anprenticeship.gov.in

2. The examination is valid for one entry only

3. Online registration will commence on 02 Jul 24 and will close on 25 Jul 24. Only online registered application will be accepted

4. Following documents are required during registration/ selection,

(a) High School (Class 10) and ITI (NCVT) in relevant trades with minimum 65% marks (aggregate). Std XII with minimum of 50% marks will be given priority.

(b) Passport size recent color photograph of size not larger than 50 kb in front portrait with light background without head gear except for Sikhs. The photo graph is to be taken with the candidates holding a black slate in front of his chest with his name clearly written on it with white chalk in capital letters.

5. Candidate must have his valid e-mail and mobile number for successful online registration.

6. Candidates should have his/her Aadhar Card number handy.

7. Candidates are to reach the examination centre with color printout of provisional admit card. Candidates shall be debarred from appearing in the written exam in case anomalies /irregularities in correct information are observed during initial verification at the examination venue or at any subsequent stage of the selection process.

8. The candidates will carry a valid ID proof whenever he reports for selection test and medicals.

9. The selection for engagement of the apprentices will be based on Merit taking into consideration the total aggregate marks scored in the selection process. Incomplete application will be rejected. The reservations for engagement of Apprentice will be admissible as per the apprenticeship act 1961, Rule 5 of Apprenticeship Rules 1992. The period of training for the individual trades have been specified on the website. Candidates who already completed/undergoing Apprentices Training are not eligible.

10. No TA/DA will be payable for attending the selection process. The candidates will have to make their own arrangement for stay during the selection.

11. Caste certificate for SC/ST/OBC as applicable.
