Applications are invited from the eligible candidates for the below mentioned position at Addiction Treatment facility (ATF) under national Drug dependence treatment centre (NDDTC) at Govt. medical College Udhampur on contract basis for a period of 1 year extendable on yearly basis subject to good performance and conduct or till the continuation of centrally sponsored scheme, whichever is earlier.

The application form completes in all respect along with copies of all the required documents (self-attested besides bank draft amounting to Rs. 200/- (Rupees Two Hundred only) pledge to Principal Government Medical college, Udhampur from J&K bank only should reach the office camp of the undersigned by hand on or before 24-07-24
Terms & Conditions :-
1. The candidate must be a domicile of UT of J&K.
2. The contractual engagement is not being made against any substantive post and as such won’t confer any right upon the hired person for regular/permanent appointment. The contractual engagee shall have to furnish an affidavit duly attested by the 1st Class Judicial Magistrate to the effect that he/she will not claim any regular appointment at any future date on the account of this contractual engagement.
3. The engagement will be initially made for a period of one year only, or till continuation of the scheme whichever is earlier and will be extended on yearly basis subject to the satisfactory performance of the candidate/approval of the competent authority and:-
a) Availability of Budget;
b) Continuation of this scheme.
4. If a contractual engagee at any point of time wilfully neglects or refuses to perform his/her duties, engagement shall be terminated forthwith without any notice and he/she shall not be entitled to any salary for such period.
5. The candidate shall have to give one-month advance notice period before leaving the job.
6. The appointing authority shall have the right to terminate the contractual engagee on account of poor or non-performance of the candidate without assigning any reason keeping in view the public health importance of the programme.
7. Only candidates having valid registration of the Degree/Diploma with MCl/SMF/PMC can participate in the selection process.
8. The selected candidates have to work as per the job assigned under the above referred scheme.
9. The consolidation hiring shall not confer any right to terminate hiring without assigning any reason.
10. The hiring shall be governed by other terms and conditions as are not specifically mentioned herein but are made applicable in case of such appointments at any time by the contracting authority.
11. The screening test/Interview shall be subjected to the number of applications received against the post advertised. 12. The date of screening test, if any its venue shall be notified on website of GMC Udhampur.
Note :-
1. The applicants shall submit the duly filled application form in the prescribed format along with the following self attested documents:
2. Relevant essential qualification certificate including marks cards and degree/diploma.
3. CGPA to percentage calculation document must be attached, if are final marks are in grades.
4. Domicile certificate.
5. Registration certificate from MCl/State Medical Council/J&K State Nursing & Paramedical Council.
6. Relevant experience certificate from competent authority.
7. Matriculation certificate/Date of birth certificate.
8. One passport size photograph attested by gazetted officer to be affixed on the application form & one spare photograph to be submitted along with the form.
Only those candidates shall apply, who have valid registration of the Degree/Diploma with MCl/SMF/PMC.
General Instructions :
1. No TA/DA shall be paid to the candidates for attending the screening/interview.
2. Application not accompanied with necessary supporting documents shall be rejected summarily.
3. In case, the last date fixed for receipt of application is declared a holiday, next working day shall be deemed to be last date for receiving the application.
4. The application should be superscripted as application for the post of where ever applicable
