JK High Court Data Entry Operator, Clerk and other Posts Appointments

Appointment against the post of Accounts Cleric, Library Assistant and Data Entry Operator/Computer Operator in the District Judiciary of UT of Jammu & Kashmir, advertised vide Notification No. 01 of 2019 dated 10.01.2019. No. 780 of 2024/Psy ORDER Dated: 10-07-2024

Consequent upon the finalization of the selection process and preparation of select lists by the Selection Committee, constituted for the recruitment to the posts of Accounts Clerk, Library Assistants and Data Entry Operator/Computer Operator in the District •Judiciary, UT of Jammu & Kashmir, advertised vide High Court Notification No. 01 of 2019 dated 10.01.2019, and the approval on the recommendation of the Selection Committee by Hon’ble the Chief Justice (Appointing Authority), the following candidates in order of merit are temporarily appointed and posted as Accounts Clerk in the Pay Grade (5200-20200+2400), Library Assistants in the Pay Grade (5200-20200+1900) and Data Entry Operator/Computer Operator in the Pay Grade (5200-20200+1900) in the District Judiciary of UT of Jammu & Kashmir :

Note :-

i) All the new appointees are directed to join their place of postings within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of this Order. In case any appointee fails to join within the stipulated period in that event his/her appointment shall be deemed to have been cancelled without any further notice.

ii) All the Presiding Officers, before whom the new appointees have to join, are directed to check all testimonials of new appointees and get them verified from the concerned issuing authorities.

iii) In case the candidate fails to produce requisite qualification, the appointment of such candidate shall be deemed to be cancelled ab- initio.

iv) All the Presiding Officers, before whom the new appointees have to join, are directed to get the character and antecedents of the new appointees verified from the Inspector General of Police, CID, Jammu & Kashmir. The new appointees are directed to give an undertaking before the Presiding Officer at the time of their joining in the shape of affidavit duly attested by the Judicial Magistrate 1″ Class to the effect that in case any adverse report about his/her character and antecedents is received from the Inspector General of Police, CID, Jammu & Kashmir in that event his/her appointment shall be deemed to be cancelled ab-initio and shall have no claim on his/her appointment.

v) The salary of the new appointees shall not be drawn unless a satisfactory
