JKBOPEE Provisional Selection List for admission to B.Pharmacy & D.Pharmacy Courses-2024

Provisional Selection List of candidates for admission to B.Pharmacy & D.Pharmacy Courses-2024 in Government/Private, Colleges/Institutions of UT of J&K/Ladakh after conduct of second round of physical counselling.

Pursuant to Notification No. 040-BOPEE of 2024 dated 03.07.2024, the Board has conducted 2nd Round of Counselling (Physical) from 08.07.2024 to 10.07.2024 for filling up of seats of B. Pharmacy & D. Pharmacy Courses-2024 which have remained unfilled or received as shortfall after the conclusion of first round of counselling. The list of candidates provisionally Upgraded/ Allotted seats in Government/Private Colleges/Institutions of UT of J&K, is hereby notified as per Annexure-A to this notification, which shall be available on the official website of the Board viz. www.jkbopee.gov.in only.

The Provisionally Selected candidates are advised to report to their respective allotted Colleges/Institutions for completion of admission formalities upto 17th of July, 2024 till 04.00 p.m. along with the following documents in original:

I) Domicile Certificate.

II) D.O.B Certificate (Matriculation Certificate from the Board of School Education)

III) Marks Sheet of 12th Class.

IV) Category Certificate, wherever applicable.

V) Any other document as may be required by the concerned College.

It shall be the sole responsibility of the concerned College/Institution to ensure proper check and verification of documents/eligibility as per the PCI guidelines before the candidate is allowed for admission and in case of any discrepancy in the requisite documents/eligibility the same shall be reported to the Board for further course of action under rules.

It is hereby implored upon the management of all the concerned Colleges/ Institutions to ensure the veracity of documents, particularly the Category Certificates wherever the admission is to be granted in lieu of a Reserved Category.

In order to complete the admission process within the prescribed cut-off date (17.07.2024), the concerned Colleges/Institutions shall keep their admission counters open even on holidays/off days to facilitate the candidates to complete their admission process well in time. However, the candidates in their own interest shall avoid waiting for last day to complete admission formalities since delay has the potential of causing hardships to the candidates only.

The Heads of the concerned Colleges/Institutions are advised to furnish the short fall, if any, to the Board through e-mail [email protected]/ [email protected]/[email protected] on 17.07.2024 upto 05.00 p.m.

Note:

I. The admission of the candidates is purely provisional and shall be cancelled in case any information furnished by any candidate proves to be false/fabricated, and action as warranted under rules shall be initiated against such candidates.

II. For fee/documents required in the College/Institution, the provisionally selected candidates are advised to contact concerned College / Institution before the last date of admission i.e 17.07.2024.

III. The Principals of the concerned Colleges / Institutions are advised to download the copy of this Notification from the website of the Board viz. www.jkbopee.gov.in for reference and record.

IV. The Heads of the concerned Colleges / Institutions are advised to release the fee/documents in favour of the candidates who have been upgraded during 2nd Round of counselling to enable them to complete their admission formalities in the respective colleges/institutions without any delay.

V. The candidates who have been allotted seats as per their merit cum preferences during this round of counselling are hereby urged that they shall have to join in their respective allotted colleges necessarily, otherwise he/she shall not be eligible to participate in the subsequent round of counselling for upgradation, if any, as and when conducted by the Board.

The other terms and condition shall remain the same as notified in the e. Information Brochure/Notifications & Notices issued by the Board in this regard from time to time.
