It is notified for the information of all the concerned that 14 posts of Data Entry Operator were advertised vide No. Estab./ NTW / C&R/24/ 3111-3210 dated 26-02-2024. Category-wise detail of the posts was as under :

UR=07, RBA=02, SC=01, ST=01, EWS=01, ALC/IB=01, PSP=01

However, in accordance with point nos. 24 & 27 of the above said advertisement notification, two posts of Data Entry Operators are hereby withdrawn resulting in total number of available vacant posts as 12.

As per Reservation Roster, post at Serial no. 13 was advertised for the reserved category of “Pahari Speaking People” (PSP) and Serial no. 14 was advertised for Unreserved (UR) candidates.

It is for the information of all concerned, that the applicants who have applied under the reserved category of Pahari Speaking People (PSP) shall be considered under Unreserved (UR) category However, if any candidate under this category is not interested to be considered under Unreserved (UR) category, he/she can withdraw his/her application form by applying to the Registrar, University of Jammu, Baba Saheb Ambedkar Road, Jammu-180006 along with details of bank account/IFSC etc in writing within 15 days from the issue of this notice. His/her candidature shall accordingly be cancelled and application fee shall be refunded in his/her Bank Account.
