Provisional Selection List of candidates for admission to GNM Lateral Entry Course-2024 after conduct of 2nd/Mop up round of physical counseling.

Pursuant to Notification No. 074-BOPEE of 2024 dated 16.08.2024, the Board has conducted the 2nd/Mop up Round of Counselling (Physical) on 24.08.2024 for filling up of seats of GNM Lateral Entry Course-2024 which have remained unfilled or received as shortfall after the conclusion of 2nd/Mop-Up round of counselling. The list of candidates provisionally Upgraded/Allotted seats in various Colleges/Institutions of UT of J&K, is hereby notified as per Annexure-A to this Notification, which shall be available on the official website of the Board viz. www.jkbopee.gov.in only.

The Provisionally Selected candidates are advised to report to their respective allotted Colleges/Institutions for completion of admission formalities upto 31st of August, 2024 till 04.00 p.m along with the following documents in original:

i) Domicile Certificate;

(ii) FMPHW/MMPHW/ANM Diploma/Marks Cards of both years;

(iii) Valid Category Certificate, if applicable;

(iv) Date of Birth Certificate (Diploma/10th Class Marks Card);

(v) Any other documents as required by the College under rules.

Note:

1. All the Heads of the Institutions/Colleges are requested to keep their admission counters open on holidays/off days to facilitate the candidates to complete their admission process well in time.

2. The candidate(s) who would conceal any information at the time of admission, the candidature of such candidates shall be cancelled abinitio and fine/penalty shall be imposed upon him/her as may be deemed proper by the Board in accordance with the laid down rules.

3. The allotment of seats have been made in accordance to the provisions of S.O. 176 of 2024 dated 15-03-2024 read with S.O 305 dated 21-05- 2024.

4. The Concerned Colleges/Institutions shall ensure that, in case a person with disability, is selected in open merit or some reserved category, the college/ institution concerned shall refer such case(s) to the Medical College concerned for the constitution of special Medical Board to assess such candidates and make recommendations based on which colleges shall take further necessary action. In case any such candidate does not fulfil the bench marks of disability, he/she shall not be admitted to the course/ college and the matter shall be reported to the BOPEE.

5. For fee related query, candidates provisionally recommended for admission are advised to contact the concerned College/Institution.

6. The Heads of the Institutions shall keep record of admissions and send the shortfall of the candidates, if any, to the Board through e-mail viz, [email protected] / [email protected] on 31st of August 2024 at 04:30 P.M positively.

7. The other terms and conditions shall remain the same as notified in the Information Brochure and Notifications/Notices issued by the Board in this regard from time to time.
