JKSSB Account Assistant Waiting List – Release of withheld recommendation
Revised Waiting List for the post of Accounts Assistant, UT Cadre in the Finance Department, advertised vide Notification No. 04 of 2020 dated 16.12.2020, under Item No. 106- Release of withheld recommendation thereof.
Kindly refer to this office letter No. JKSSB-Scry/5/2024-03 (E- 7415959) dated 06.08.2024, where-under the Revised Waiting List of candidates for the posts of Accounts Assistant, Finance Department, UT Cadre was notified vide Notification No. 15-Selection of 2024 dated 07.03.2024 pursuant to Advertisement Notification No. 04 of 2020 dated 16.12.2020, under Item No. 106 and forwarded to your department for further course of action.
Among the selectees, the recommendation in respect of the Candidates annexed as Annexure “A”, was kept withheld for want of production of relevant Documents.
The said candidates subsequently produced all the requisite documents, which were examined and the matter was placed before the Board in its 281st meeting, which decided to release their withheld recommendation.
Accordingly, the undersigned is directed to convey the above decision of the Board and release the recommendation in respect of the Candidates annexed as Annexure “A” for the posts of Accounts Assistant, Finance Department, UT Cadre, pursuant to Advertisement Notification No. 04 of 2020 dated 16.12.2020, under Item No. 106, with the request to kindly proceed ahead in the matter accordingly. The other terms and conditions, as conveyed vide letter No. JKSSB-Scry/5/ 2024-03(E-7415959) dated 06.08,2024, shall remain the same.
The above recommendation shall be subject to the outcome of writ petition(s)/0A(s), if any, pending disposal before any competent Court of jurisdiction. The waiting List shall also be subject to the outcome of any inquiry, involving candidate(s) figuring in this Selection List.
The documents verification/scrutiny conducted by the Board is limited to the extent of establishing physical possession of Category/Degree certificates and ascertaining genuineness/validity or otherwise of the same and recognition status of the Institution, shall be the responsibility of the Indenting Department/Appointing authority.
The Selection of the candidates in the waiting list has been made on the basis of Self-declaration/ Certificates submitted by them and if a t any stage, it comes to the light that any candidate(s) has submitted false information or has secured selection on the basis of fake documents/ certificates, the selection shall be liable to cancellation at any stage and appropriate criminal proceedings against such candidate’s may kindly be initiated.
