Extension in engagement term of Nursing Aids G-II/ engaged on Academic Arrangement Basis at SKIMS, Soura, Srinagar

Sanction is hereby accorded to the extension in engagement term of following Nursing Aids G-III (engaged on Academic Arrangement Basis vide Office Order under reference at

i) for a further period of six months or till fresh appointment is made against these posts, whichever is earlier, with effect from the date as indicated against each:

The extension of the above engagees shall be subject to following terms and conditions :

1. The above engagees shall furnish an undertaking duly signed by -Ist, class Judicial Magistrate to the effect:

i. That the engagement shall be purely on temporary basis and shall not confer any preferential right / claim upon the above engagees for appointment against the post on regular basis as and when the same is made under relevant recruitment rules.

ii. That the engagement shall be terminable at the discretion of SKIMS Authorities even before the expiry of scheduled duration of 06 months extension term without assigning any reason.

iii. That the engagement shall automatically cease to exist after expiry of (06) months extension term.

iv. That the engagees shall not claim for further continuation beyond the expiry of the engagement term of (06) months.

v. No claim whatsoever for further continuation beyond six months’ extension term of these engagees shall be entertained by the SKIMS.

2. The engagees shall execute fresh agreement with SKIMS on the prescribed format.

3. The consolidated remuneration of the engagees shall be released in their favour strictly on production of attendance to be furnished by their Heads of the Departments/ Controlling Officers.

4. Other terms and conditions shall remain applicable as envisaged in Office Order under reference(i) and the agreement submitted by the n engages thereof.
