GMC Jammu Jobs: Applications as per Performa are invited from the eligible candidates of Jammu Division only for engagement on Academic Arrangement Basis under S.O. 364 of 2020 dated 27.11.2020 against the following vacant posts in Govt. Medical College & its Associated Hospitals, Jammu initially for a period of one year extendable maximum up to six years (one year at a time and further extension subject to good performance and conduct) or till selection/promotion is made in accordance with the rules governing the respective post, whichever is earlier:
Applications as per prescribed format (typed) should be deposited through registered/speed post or personally by applicant by or before 10.12.2024. The said applications complete in all respect shall have to be deposited/submitted in the office of the Personnel Officer, Associated Hospitals of Government Medical College, Jammu.
Last Date : before 10.12.2024
Documents to be attached alone with application form :
a) Date of Birth Certificate.
b) Qualification certificate (Academic & Technical with marksheets of all years/semesters.
c) Diploma/Degree Certificate of the concerned Technical Qualification.
d) Category Certificate, if any.
e) Registration Certificate from J&K Para Medical Council.
f) Domicile Certificate.
g) Experience Certificate, if any.
Terms and conditions :
1. Maximum age at the time of submission of application form is 63 years.
2. These appointments shall not entitle the appointee to any preferential claim for regularization/regular appointment under normal process of selection/ appointment.
3. The services of an appointee under these rules shall be terminable before the expiry of the tenure of appointment with one month’s notice from either side.
4. The number of posts can increase/decrease as per the requirement of the Institution without any further notice.
5. The Selection Committee reserves the right not to fill up any post in case administrative exigency, so demands.
6. The provisions of the J&K Reservation Act and Rules made there-under shall govern the selections.
7. Conditions of Service in the matter of discipline and conduct of appointee shall be governed by the Rules, regulations and orders in vogue under the J&K Civil Services Rules.
8. No weightage shall be given to higher qualification other than the required.
9. The application should be on A4 size paper and all the entries in the application form should be in computer typed form (self-attested), not hand written.
10. Application form found incomplete in any manner during the scrutiny of applications shall be rejected without any prior notice to the applicant.
11. Application form without Registration Certificate from J&K Pam Medical Council shall be rejected out tightly.
12. Applicant found having made any incorrect or false statement, suppressing material information shall render himself/ herself liable for criminal proceedings.
13. No application shall be entertained after last date of submission of application form.
