NOTICE

It is notified for Information of all the concerned Principals and the students of all the Govt./Private Polytechnics of UT of J&K that the online examination forms of 1st, 3rd and 5th semester (NEP 2020 scheme) and 5th semester under New scheme shall be available on www.jksbotelive.com with effect from 02nd of December, 2024 to 12th of December, 2024 for the examination session Nov-Dec,2024.

* The students shall be required to fill up the examination forms online by logging into their accounts

* The students can pay fee only through online payment methods(Internet Banking/Credit/Debit Card)

* The Principals are requested to provide the assistance wherever required to the students for filling online examination forms.

* In case of any difficulty/problem in filling up of online examination form students may contact Dy. Registrar BOTE Jammu/Kashmir or raise a helpdesk ticket on https://help.jksbotelive.com.

* There is no need to submit any hard copy of the examination form in the Board office; however the students are advised to retain the hard copy of the same for their records.

* The examination forms shall be verified online by the concerned HOD and finalized by the Principal of concerned Institution by or before 17th of December 2024 and the sessionals shall be submitted by or before 23rd of December, 2025.

* Re-admitted students of 2nd and 3rd semester who have been merged from New scheme to NEP 2020 scheme are advised to fill up their examination form of 1st semester under backlog category for clearing the additional subjects/backlogs under NEP-2020 scheme.

* The Examination fee structure is as under:

For regular students

a) Examination fee Rs. 1000/ per semester

Re-appear candidates (Theory and practical papers shall be considered separately)

b) For one subject Rs. 200/- only

c) For two subjects Rs. 400/- only

d) For more than two subjects Rs. 1000/-

e) Late fee 1st count w.e.f 21/12/2024 to 31/12/2024 Rs. 260/-

The examination of 1st, 3rd and 5th semester (NEP 2020) and 5th Semester under New Scheme session Nov- Dec, 2024 tentatively shall commence from Last Week of January 2025.
