Final Selection of candidate for the post of Electrician/Junior X-Ray Technician of the Directorate of Health Services Jammu

Operationalization of Waiting list/approval thereof

NOTICE

Whereas, the Adm. Department forwarded the selection list of candidates for the post of Electrician (District Cadre Jammu) & Jr. X-Ray Tech (District Cadre Reasi) vide letter No. HD-NG-J/28/2024-02 (CC No.7401989) dated 13-02-2024 & letter No. HDNG-J/28/2024-02 (CC No.7401989) dated 13.02.2024 respectively, and;

Whereas, one candidate in the selection list for the post Electrician (District Cadre Jammu) under RBA and similarly one candidate in the selection list for the post of Jr. X-Ray Tech (District Cadre Reasi) under OM Category did not join, and;

Whereas, the matter with regard to operate the waiting list of the selection list for the post of Electrician (District Cadre Jammu) under RBA Category & Jr. X-Ray Tech (District Cadre Reasi under OM Category was taken up with Adm. Department vide letter No. DHS-J/Es-8/7513749/4418 dated 19.07.2024 & letter No. DHS-J/Es-8/7511671/4417 dated 19.07.2024 respectively, and;

Whereas, the Adm. Department vide letter No. HD-NG-K124/2024-02 dated 21.11.2024 & letter No. HD-NG-J/28/2024-02 dated 19.11.2024 respectively has given its approval to operate waiting list.

Therefore the name of candidates mentioned in Annexure “A” to this notice are hereby informed to submit their email address and mobile number as per format enclosed herewith in the Directorate of Health Services, Jammu in person or via email mentioned below for registration under “Employee Verification System(EVS)’ for verification or Character and antecedents within a period of 07 days positively from the date of issuance of this notice in terms of Circular No. 18-JK(JAD) of 2022 dated 20.05.2022 issued by the General Administrative Department.

In case. any candidate, who fails to submit his/her email address and mobile number within a prescribed period of 07 days, it shall be presumed that the candidate is not willing to opt for such appointment in Health and Medical Education Department and shall forfeit the right of appointment without any further notice.
