Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager located in Jammu. As Production Manager, you will oversee the production operations and manage the production team to ensure the quality, safety, and efficiency of the products produced. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that quality standards are met and deadlines are achieved.
Qualifications
Experience in managing production operations in a manufacturing or processing environment
Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and quality management systems
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on data
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Bachelor’s degree in
-BTech- Food Technology, Biochemistry, Food and Nutrition , microbiology or degree or diploma in food tech, and oil technology is eligible.
Experience in the food industry is a plus
