Sanction is hereby accorded to the promotion of following officers to the Selection Grade of Jammu and Kashmir Administrative
Service [Level t2 (78800-209200)], prospectively from the date of issuance of order:

Mr. Aijaz Ahmad Shah, are hereby designated as Additional Secretary to the Government in the respective departments and rest of the officers shall continue at their present place of posting, till further orders

(2) Promotion to the Special Scale of the Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service (J KAS).

Government Order No.1O43-JK(GAD) of 2025 Dated:05.08.2025
Sanction is hereby accorded to the promotion of following officers to the Special Scale of Jammu and Kashmir Administrative
Service [Level 13 (123100-215900)], prospectively from the date of issuance of order:

2 Sajid Yehaya Naqash
3 Natasha Kalsotra
4 Krishan Lal
5 Nazir Ahmad Mir
Consequent upon the above, the officers figuring at S. Nos 4 and 5 above, presently functioning as Additional Secretary, are
hereby designated as Special Secretary in their respective departments and rest of the officers shall continue at their present
place of posting, till further orders.
The above promotion shall be subject to the outcome of writ petition(s), if any, pending before competent court(s) of law.
