Advertisement for engagement of teaching staff on Academic Arrangement Basis under S.O-364, dated 27-11-2020 for Govt. Ayurvedic Medical College Akhnoor.

To fulfill shortfall raised by National Commission for Indian System of Medicine (NCISM), GoI, applications are invited from the eligible candidates for engagement on “Academic Arrangement Basis” under S.O-364, dated 27-11-2020 for below mentioned post, initially for a period of one year extendable up to maximum of six years (one year at a time and subject to good performance and conduct) or till the selection is made in accordance with rules of recruitment rules governing the said post, whichever is earlier. The extension so granted under these rules shall not be beyond a period of six years under any circumstances. The details of post is as under:

Salary, age & terms shall be as per S.O – 364 of 2020, dated 27-11-2020.
Self Attested photocopies of following documents are mandatory to be attached:
1. Date of Birth Certificate (Matriculation).
2. Graduation Degree & Marks Certificate (Aggregate).
3. Post Graduation degree in concerned discipline.
4. Registration Certificate from J&K Board of Ayurvedic/Unani/Sowa Rigpa, Yoga & Naturopathy systems of Medicine.
5. Date of Birth Certificate.
6. Domicile Certificate.
7. Unique Teacher Code allotted by NCISM or NTET qualified certificate.
8. Experience certificate with NCISM Teacher Code, if any.
9. An affidavit duly attested by 1st Class Magistrate that the candidate is not in active Govt. Service.
The selection of the candidates for the post shall be made by the Committee as per selection criteria issued by the Govt. vide No. 554-JK (HME) of 2023, dated 11-07-2023.
The Appointment against the advertised posts shall and shall be purely on Academic arrangement basis only without conferment of any preferential right of engages for regular appointment against these posts, which shall strictly be made in accordance with the relevant recruitment rules. The service of the appointee under these rules shall be terminable before the expiry of the tenure of appointment with one month’s notice from either side or on payment of one month’s salary in lieu of notice by the appointing authority.
Selection of above mentioned post shall be made after implementing all provisions of Rules & Regulations of Reservation Act, prevalent in the UT of J&K.
The application must reach in the office of Principal, Govt. Ayurvedic Medical College, Akhnoor on or before 29-08-2025 up to 04:00 PM.
Note:
The incomplete application in any respect shall be rejected without any intimation.
In case of any dispute, the decision of chairperson of the selection committee shall be final or subject to the outcome of writ petition (s), if any pending before the Courts of Law.
