The applications are invited for temporary engagement as Guest faculty in the newly proposed ITI at Kund (Waripora Kulgam) for the Session 2017-18 for conducting training activities in the following Trades on monthly honorarium of Rs. 7500/- per month for Degree holders and Rs.7000/- for Diploma holders/ITI/CTI.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Applications from candidates belonging to District Kulgam in which services are required to be utilized shall only be entertained. In case there is no application from the concerned District, application from the other District will be entertained.
The candidature of only such candidates will be entertained who have undergone regular class room courses to attain the basic essential qualification for the post.
The guest faculty will be for a period of one session and shall automatically cease on the completion of the academic session and shall not be extended.
The selection of the candidates for temporary arrangements as guest faculty shall be made from amongst the eligible candidates, purely on merit basis and the selected candidates shall be placed in the respective Institutes to ensure the functioning of the Trade.
The candidates engaged shall have to maintain proper discipline and punctuality and shall have to work to the entire satisfaction of the students as well as the Principal/Superintendent Lack of qualities or indiscipline of any kind will be entail disengagement.
Mere submission of application or eligibility shall not entitle any candidate for this engagement in the arrangement and the arrangement shall be made only as per the requirement/number of posts available in the respective Institutions. Incomplete application or application not with supported by relevant documents shall be rejected without any notice to the candidate.
Selected candidates shall have to execute an agreement with the department on the prescribed format duly attested by the Judicial Magistrate to the effect that they shall have no claim for permanent absorption in the department.
Selected candidates for conducting academic arrangement on self finance basis will be paid by debit to the Revenue component of the concerned Institute and the placement shall be made only if sufficient number of candidates seek admission, with admission above 80% and subject to availability of infrastructure.
In the event of regular appointment on the basis of selection conveyed by the J&K Services Selection Board, the candidate engaged as guest faculty shall be discontinued and shall have no right to continue in the arrangement.

Applications on prescribed format forming annexure “A” to this advertisement notice shall be submitted in the office of Deputy Director Technical Education, Srinagar (Bemina) or office of the Superintendent Industrial Training Institute Kulgam by or before 15.12.2017 along with the self attested copies of the following certificates.
- Academic/Technical Qualification certificate/Marks certificates.
- Date of Birth certificate.
- Permanent Residence certificate.
- Experience certificate, if any.
