Whereas advertisement notice for filling up of the post of District Programme Manager (Financial Inclusion) was issued under endorsement No MD/JKSRLM/11/2014 dated 23.08.2017;
Whereas after scrutinizing the application received from the aspirants, it has come to the notice that they have retired from the different Banks with different positions.
Whereas it was very difficult to arrive at parity in respect of scale of incumbents to be engaged contractually by the Mission and as such the issue was taken up with the RBI for their opinion;
Whereas it was clarified by the RBI that Scale 4 and above officers of Public Sector Undertaking Banks or equivalent should be engaged to look after the assignment at the District Level;
Whereas all the aspirants have mentioned in their application form about the position they were holding at the time of their retirement and not the Scales which is very difficult for the Mission to arrive at any conclusion;
Now, therefore, it is for information of all the concerned who have already filed the application form for the said post should submit the certificate to the effect of Scale to which they were holding at the time of retirement. The Certificate indicating the scale 4 and above or equivalent shall reach to this Mission by or before 15th December, 2017.
Besides, any fresh candidate having retired with Scale 4 and above or equivalent can also apply for the said post. The fresh application complete in all respects shall also reach to this Mission by or before 15’h December, 2017. The application form can be downloaded from our official website www.umeedjk.in.
