NOTICE
WHEREAS, on the recommendations of the J&K Public Service Commission, the H&ME Department vide Government Order No. 334-JK(HME) of 2025 dated 01.05.2025, Government Order No. 335-JK(HME) of 2025 dated 01.05.2025, Government Order No. 336-JK(HME) of 2025 dated 01.05.2025, Government Order No. 337-JK(HME) of 2025 dated 01.05.2025 and Government Order No. 338-JK(HME) of 2025 dated 01.05.2025, has accorded sanction to the temporary appointment along with posting of various candidates, as Medical Officers in the Jammu and Kashmir Health and Family Welfare (Gazetted) Service in the pay scale, Level-9 (52700-166700), subject to usual conditions, with the stipulation to report to their places of posting within 21 days from the date of issuance of these orders in case of Direct Recruits (DRDs) only.
AND WHEREAS, despite lapse of more than 03 months of issuance of this order and in case of failure of any appointee to join within the stipulated period, his/her appointment was deemed to have been cancelled ab-initio by the concerned DDO.
AND WHEREAS, the Chief Medical Officers of various Districts vide their communications No. DHSJ/Es-3/945 dated 10.06.2025 and No. Est-3/1313/3266 dated 28.05.2025 respectively have furnished the details of the following appointees who have failed to physically report to the concerned DDO’s up to the last date of joining:-
