Order No. 75 GMCA (RA) of 2025 Dated: 1 09.2025
Pursuant to the Advertisement Notification No. 04 GMCA (RA) of 2025 Dated 16.07.2025, for which written test was held on 23.08.2025 and result declared vide this office communication No. GMCA/PD/RA/1693-95 Dated 08.09.2025, the following candidates are hereby selected/ engaged on the basis of merit obtained in the written test as Junior Residents on academic arrangement basis under S.O 364 of2020 Dated 27.11.2020 initially for a period of (06) months (extendable maximum upto a period of (01) year, on the basis of satisfactory work and conduct) as:
All the selected candidates are required to join the college within seven (07) days from the date of issuance of this order failing which the appointment of the concerned selectee/ engage shall be cancelled ab-intio. The selected candidates shall fill online CID verification before submitting joining report.
Further, they will have to produce the below mentioned original documents along with a set of self-attested photocopies of the same at the time of joining.
i. MBBS Degree Certificate issued by the concerned University/ Institution.
ii. Internship completion certificate.
iii. J&K Medical Council Registration Certificate of MBBS.
iv. Attempt Certificate
V. 151, 2nd, Phase III part 1 and Part 2 MBBS examination marks sheets issued by the concerned University
vi. Date of Birth Certificate
vii. Domicile Certificate
viii. 2 Passport size photographs
