Revised Seniority List of Junior Assistants, District Jammu
NOTIFICATION
Whereas, the updated seniority list of Junior Assistants, District Jammu as on 01-11-2024 were circulated/forwarded to all the concerned Principals Govt. HSS/ZEOs/Headmasters Govt. HS (B/G) vide this office notification No: CEOJ/NG/NT/Seniority/16952-57, dated: 26-11-2024 through official email ([email protected]) and also uploaded on the official website of this office (ceojammu.in) for wide publicity & for inviting objections, if any, from the concerned officials who either is not included in the seniority list or having variation in their service particulars; and
Whereas, in response to the above notification, the objections/representations, so received from the concerned officials through their DDOs concerned have been incorporated and corrections wherever required have been made as per received authenticated documents; and
Whereas, some Junior Assistants have qualified the Secretariat Assistant Training Course Examination conducted by the JKPSC, which needs to be updated in the seniority list of Junior Assistants; and
Whereas, after making necessary corrections and entry of qualification of Secretariat Assistant Training Course (Passed SATC Examination) in the remarks column against the Junior Assistants who have qualified the same, an updated Seniority list of Junior Assistants, District Jammu as on 01-01-2025 were again circulated vide this office notification No: CEOJ/NG/NT/Seniority/20650-254, dated: 17-07-2025 for wide publicity & for inviting objections, if any from the concerned officials within a period of one week and thereafter, as per objections/representations so received from the concerned officials through their DDOs concerned have been incorporated and corrections were made as per received authenticated documents; and
Whereas, the said Seniority list of Junior Assistants, District Jammu as on 01-01-2025 has been finalized vide this office notification No: CEOJ/NG/NT/Seniority/21143-49, dated: 19-09-2025; and
Whereas, after issuance of final seniority list of Junior Assistants, District Jammu as on 01-01-2025, some Junior Assistants again represented before this office through proper channel for inclusion of their names, corrections in their service particulars & inclusion of their SATC qualification, if any;
Whereas, after considering the request of the Junior Assistants, corrections have been made in the Seniority list and the service particulars of 02 Junior Assistants has been included in the seniority list.
Now, therefore after considering the request of the concerned Junior Assistants, and due to minor changes in the seniority position by placing of 02 Junior Assistants in the seniority list, being dropped, the Revised Seniority List of Junior Assistants, District Jammu as on 31-08-2025 is again circulated as per Annexure-A to this order for inviting objections finally in the seniority list, if any, regarding the placing of two more candidates in the Final Seniority List or other service particulars. The objections should be reached to this office within three days positively, after that no objections/representations shall be entertained in the Seniority List and Final Seniority List shall be issued accordingly without any further notice.
