Application Fee :
Candidates belonging to the General/EWS/OBC category are required to pay a non-refundable application fee of ₹500/-. Candidates belonging to SC/ST/PwBD category and female candidates are exempted from payment of the application fee. Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances. Candidates are therefore requested to verify their eligibility criteria thoroughly before paying the application fee.
Payment can be made through online mode via Net Banking / Debit Card / Credit Card on the online application portal. Payment in offline mode is also available through State Bank of India – the Bank has been authorised to collect the application fee in a specially opened account (A/C No. 30687919993) at the CAG branch, New Delhi (Code: 09996), on behalf of NTPC. Candidates applying offline payment must approach a nearby SBI branch with a printout of the “pay-in-slip” available on the application portal.

Salary :
Selected candidates engaged as Assistant Executive (Operation) on Fixed Term basis at NTPC will be entitled to a Fixed Monthly Consolidated Amount of ₹55,000/-. In addition to the consolidated pay, candidates will also receive HRA (House Rent Allowance) or Company Accommodation, Night Shift Allowance (if rostered in night shift), and medical facility for self, spouse, two children, and dependent parents.
No other allowances or perks beyond those mentioned will be admissible to fixed-term employees. The remuneration package is structured to offer competitive compensation while the candidate serves on the fixed-term contractual basis at any of the NTPC Stations, Projects, JVs, or Subsidiaries.

Selection Process :
