Eligibility Criteria :
Educational Qualification (Essential): Master’s degree in Fisheries Science or Aquaculture with specialization in Fisheries or Marine Biology.
Experience (Essential): Minimum 5 years experience in the field of formulation or implementation of schemes or projects in Aquaculture or Mari culture activities or Fisheries post harvest processing and value addition or Aquaculture.

Selection Process :
Selection will be made through:
Preliminary shortlisting on the basis of academic records / experience etc.
Interview / Personal Discussion of shortlisted candidates only.
Mere fulfilling of eligibility criteria would not entitle an applicant to be called for interview/personal discussion.

Educational Qualification certificates & mark sheets (10th, 12th, Graduation, Post-Graduation etc.)

The number of vacancies advertised may vary as per requirement.
The engagement shall be purely on contract basis and will not confer any right for regular appointment in NCDC.
Professionals will be engaged initially for a period of 3 years which may be extended by 1 year for a maximum tenure of 4 years.
Continuation beyond the first year will be contingent on satisfactory Annual Performance Review.
The consolidated remuneration will be inclusive of applicable taxes and no other facility or allowance will be allowed.
In case of unsatisfactory performance, NCDC may terminate the contract by giving one month’s notice or one month’s compensation.
The contractual person shall be required to produce original documents at the time of joining.
Mere fulfilling of eligibility criteria would not entitle an applicant to be called for interview.
NCDC reserves the right to cancel or withdraw this advertisement at any time without assigning any reasons.
Any resultant dispute arising out of this advertisement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts situated at Delhi only.
