Job Overview
We are looking for a high-energy, disciplined, and fluent English-speaking Sales & Marketing Associate to join our growing team. You will be the frontline of our outreach strategy, responsible for high-volume lead generation, appointment setting, and brand presence.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable with cold outreach, and is motivated by a performance-based bonus structure.
Core Responsibilities
* Outbound Outreach: Execute a minimum of 100 cold calls and 100 cold emails daily to prospective clients.
* Appointment Setting: Identify qualified prospects and confirm appointments. You are responsible for managing the hand-off by notifying the Project Manager immediately once a meeting is booked.
* Lead Management: Diligently follow up with previous contacts and handle multiple ad-hoc inquiries as directed by management.
* Social Media & Admin: Manage and update company social media profiles to maintain engagement and perform basic administrative tasks to support the sales workflow.
* Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate logs of daily calls, emails, and lead statuses.
Requirements
* Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills. You must be able to converse naturally and professionally with North American clients.
* Sales Acumen: Proven familiarity with sales techniques and marketing principles.
* Schedule Flexibility: Ability to work strictly according to Canadian business hours (Eastern Standard Time).
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in handling social media platforms and basic office software.
* Resilience: A “thick skin” for cold calling and a persistent attitude toward hitting daily targets.
Compensation & Benefits
* Base Salary: Rs 15,000 per month.
* Deal-Closure Bonus: Earn extra commissions for every lead you book that successfully closes into a deal.
