IUST Schedule Interview Notice for Various Posts

(1) Interview Notice and Eligibility List for the position of Project Assistant

In continuation of Advertisement Notice No. IUST/DoFT/IT&SS/26/215 dated 25.03.2026 issued by the Department of Food Technology, Islamic University of Science and Technology, for engagement of Project Assistant under the research project titled “Enhancing the livelihoods of marginal Bee farmers of sub-Himalayan region of J&K by utilizing Artificial Intelligence for Geographical Discrimination of Honey,” sanctioned by the JK Science, Technology and Innovation Council, Department of Science and Technology, Government of J&K, it is hereby notified that the interview shall be held on 07-05-2026 (Thursday) at 10:00 AM in the Board Room Department of Food Technology, Islamic University of Science and Technology, Awantipora, Kashmir.

Note : The revised screening list is attached in Annexure ‘A’ of this notice. All eligible candidates are advised to report before the Selection Committee at the University campus as per the scheduled date and time, and must bring hard copy of application form and all other relevant documents in original along with a set of photocopies.

 (2) Interview Notice for the position of Research Assistant

It is hereby notified for the information of all shortlisted candidates that the interview for the post of Research Assistant (RA), advertised for the JK Science Technology & Innovation Council (JKSTIC) funded project entitled: “Bond behavior of innovative FRPs and cement based adhesive for strengthening of concrete structures at elevated temperatures” will be conducted as per the following schedule :

Date : 7th May 2026
Time : 10:30 AM
Venue : Office of Department of Civil Engineering, IUST

All shortlisted candidates are advised to report at the venue well in advance and bring along all original documents/testimonials for verification.

No TA/DA shall be provided for attending the interview.
