Govt. District Hospital Reasi Written Test schedule
Notice for Written Test, Addiction Treatment Facility
As approved by the Worthy Deputy Commissioner (Chairman, District Health Society), Reasi, the Written Test for the following posts is scheduled to be held on 31st May 2026 at Govt. Girls Higher Secondary School, Reasi as per the schedule given below:
Date of Written Test : 31.05.2026
Timing :
01. Counsellor : 10:30AM to 11:30AM
02. Jr. Staff Nurse : 01:00PM to 02:00PM
03. Data Manager : 03:30PM to 04:30PM

Important Information:
01. Candidates are advised to collect their Admit Cards/Roll Number Slips from the office of the undersigned w.e.f. 21st May 2026 to 23rd May 2026 during office hours between 10:00AM to 4:30PM.
02. The written examination shall be:
a. Objective Type (MCQ Based)
b. Carrying 50 Marks
c. Duration of 01 Hour
d. No Negative Marking
03. The syllabus for the examination shall remain confined to the respective academic and professional qualifications prescribed for the advertised post.
Instructions for Candidates:
01. Candidates must report at the examination venue at least one hour before commencement of the examination. No candidate shall be allowed entry after the commencement of examination.
02. Candidates must bring:
a) Admit Card/Roll Number Slip
b) One valid Photo Identity Proof (Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, Driving License, PAN Card, etc.)
c) Blue/Black Ball Point Pen
d) Transparent Water Bottle
Candidates shall not be permitted to carry:
a. Mobile Phones
b. Smart Watches
c. Bluetooth Devices
d. Calculators
e. Written/Printed Material
f. Bags or any electronic gadgets inside the examination hall.
04. Any candidate found using unfair means or indulging in misconduct shall be debarred from the examination and liable for further action as per rules.
05. The candidature of applicants shall remain purely provisional and subject to verification of original documents and fulfillment of eligibility conditions prescribed in the advertisement notice.
06. Candidates are advised to maintain discipline and follow instructions issued by the supervisory staff/invigilators during the examination process.
07. No TA/DA shall be admissible for appearing in the examination.
