As approved by the Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar (Chairman, District Health Society Kishtwar), applications are invited from eligible candidates for engagement on a contractual basis for the establishment and operationalization of Health Point at Hillour Kuntwara, District Kishtwar under the CSR plan of Rattle HEP, approved vide Order No. 19-LA of 2026 dated 02-03-2026.
The engagement shall be purely on an honorarium basis for a period of three (03) years, subject to availability of funds/resources or continuation of the project, whichever is earlier.
📋 Details of Posts
1. FMPHW / MMPHW (Male/Female)
No. of Posts: 02 (1 each)
Qualification:
10th with Diploma in MMPHW/FMPHW from SMF/recognized institute approved by J&K Nursing Council
Age Limit: Up to 45 years
Monthly Honorarium: ₹14,000/-

Class 10th – 35 Marks (pro-rata basis)
Professional Diploma – 35 Marks (pro-rata basis)
Project affected family members:
Hillour / Sangna / Shandri / Butnachuryana – 30 Marks

2. Pharmacist / Medical Assistant
No. of Posts: 01
Qualification:
10+2 (Science) with Diploma/Degree in Pharmacy from recognized institute approved by J&K Nursing Council
Age Limit: Up to 45 years
Monthly Honorarium: ₹14,000/-
Selection Criteria:
Class 10+2 – 35 Marks (pro-rata basis)
Professional Diploma – 35 Marks (pro-rata basis)
Project affected family members:
Hillour / Sangna / Shandri / Butnachuryana – 30 Marks
Block Drabshalla – 15 Marks

3. Helper
No. of Posts: 01
Qualification:
Minimum Matric Pass from recognized Board
Age Limit: Up to 40 years
Monthly Honorarium: ₹8,000/-
Selection Criteria:
Class 10th – 40 Marks (pro-rata basis)
Class 12th – 20 Marks (pro-rata basis)
Project affected family members:
Hillour / Sangna / Shandri / Butnachuryana – 40 Marks
Block Drabshalla – 20 Marks

📌 Important Terms & Conditions
Engagement is purely contractual under CSR plan of Rattle HEP for a maximum of 3 years, subject to availability of funds.
Initial engagement is for 1 year, extendable yearly based on performance and resources.
No right for regularization or continuation beyond project period.
Preference will be given to:
First: Project affected families of Hillour, Sangna, Shandri, Butnachuryana (Kuntwara area)
Second: Project affected families of Block Drabshalla
Engagement is institution-specific and non-transferable.
Selected candidates must stay at their place of posting.
Contract will be executed with District Health Society, Kishtwar.
No allowances except fixed honorarium.
Services can be terminated without notice for misconduct/inefficiency.
Agreement with District Health Society is mandatory before joining.
No TA/DA for screening/interview.
Candidates for MMPHW/FMPHW/Pharmacist must have registration with J&K Nursing/Paramedical Council.
Selection Committee reserves the right to reject applications not meeting criteria.
