In reference to the Directorate of Samagra Shiksha’s Order No. 193-Chirag of 2023 Dated: 04-12-2023, applications are invited on prescribed format from the interested eligible female candidates of the concerned village for engagement of supporting staff purely on contractual basis in KGBV Type-IV (Girls Hostel) mentioned as under:

The criteria for selection/hiring of different categories of staff shall be made as under:

a) The female candidates shall be selected for Head Cook, Assistant Cook, Chowkidar, Peon & Safaiwala on vacant posts purely on Contractual basis with a consolidated salary approved by the Ministry of Education in AWP&B i.e @ from time to time, purely in a free and transparent manner.

b) The selection criteria shall be made on the basis of Revenue village level of Girls Hostel (KGBV Type-IV) where it is situated.

c) Preference shall be given to those candidates who donate land/have donated land in favour of Education Department for the construction of Girls Hostel (KGBV Type-IV) at the place where it is required/already working on the need basis upto maximum of two members of a family. The quantum of land in this case should be more than 02 Kanals.

d) The minimum qualification of the candidate should be 8th pass. In case, two or more candidates shortlisted for the same post, then the merit in the qualification shall be considered.

e) Age as on 01-01-2025 should be 18 years to 37 years.

The dully filled application forms shall be submitted to Principal HSS Kanthi within 07 days from the date of publication of advertisement who shall further submit the finalized panel within two days to Chief Education Officer Ramban for further course of action.

Documents to be attached :-

a) Self attested photocopies of all documents in support of age, educational qualification with marks sheets, Domicile certificate, 02 recent passport size photographs (self attested) must be affixed to the application form.

b) Self attested photo identity card (aadhaar/voter ID/PAN Card/DL).

c) Fitness certificate issued by Chief Medical Officer.

d) The candidates furnishing fake documents liable to appropriate legal action
