Applications are invited from the eligible candidates for the temporary position under the NABARD-RIDF-XXXI funded project “Blueberry Production in Jammu Region of J&K (UT): A New Initiative” as detailed below:

Essential Qualifications :
Master’s degree in Agriculture/Horticulture/ Plant Physiology/Agricultural Engineering/ Life Sciences from a recognized university.
Preference :
Candidates having practical experience not less than one year in hydroponics/soilless cultivation systems.
Knowledge of nutrient solution preparation, fertigation, environmental monitoring, and protected cultivation.
Experience in data recording and working knowledge of computers (MS Office, data entry, reporting) will be preferred
Emoluments : Rs.25,000/-per month. Fixed (no other allowances admissible)
Tenure of the post : 12 months

Terms and Conditions :
1. The post is temporary and on purely contractual for the period of 12 months from the date of joining of the project .
2. The candidates shall have no legal right to claim his / her regularization/appointment by absorption or otherwise against any regular post or any other contractual engagement as the project is purely time bound and non-regular.
3. The post is temporary and the services of the incumbent shall stand terminated automatically on expiry of the given period.
4. The university/funding agency reserves right to with draw advertised post at any stage without assigning any reason.
5. No objection and experience certificate from the current employer in case she/he is in employment.
6. No TA/DA will be admissible for attending the aforesaid interview.
7. The prescribed educational qualifications are the bare minimum and mere possession of the same does not entitle candidates to be called for interview. The Screening Committee may restrict the number of candidates to be called for the interview after taking into consideration the qualifications and experience as per the advertisement. Only short listed candidates will be informed through email.
8.
