The Office of the Child Development Project Officer, Poshan Project Ramsu (Ukhral), has invited offline applications from eligible female candidates for the engagement of Sahayikas (Anganwadi Helpers) in Anganwadi Centres under Poshan Project Ramsu (Ukhral).

Applications are invited for the following Anganwadi Centres:

Eligibility Criteria for Sahayika (Anganwadi Helper)
1. Age Limit
Candidate must be between 18 to 37 years of age as on 01 January 2026.
2. Domicile Requirement
The applicant must be a domicile of the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir.
3. Residence Requirement
The candidate should be a resident of the electoral ward where the Anganwadi Centre is located.
The candidate’s name should appear in the voter list of the concerned ward.
If the name appears along with parents in the voter list, an unmarried certificate issued by the concerned Tehsildar must be submitted.
In case of any dispute regarding residence, the certificate issued by the concerned SDM/ACR will be considered final.
4. Educational Qualification
Minimum qualification required is Matriculation (10th Pass).
If no matriculate candidate is available in the ward, candidates having qualification not less than 8th standard may be considered.
Selection Process
Selection will be made strictly on the basis of marks obtained in Class 10th examination.
The selection will be done purely on merit basis.
No other criteria will be considered.
How to Apply
Candidates have to submit the application form in the prescribed format (Annexure-A).
The application form must be completed in all respects and attached with self-attested copies of required documents.
Applications must be submitted personally at the office of:
Child Development Project Officer (CDPO),
Poshan Project Ramsu (Ukhral)
Applications should be submitted within 15 days from the date of publication of the notification.
The application must be submitted during office hours up to 4:00 PM against proper receipt.
Documents Required
Candidates must attach self-attested copies of the following documents:
Domicile Certificate
Date of Birth Certificate
Educational Qualification Certificates
Electoral Panch/Ward Certificate or Municipal Ward Certificate issued by the concerned Block Development Officer/Executive Officer (MC)
Unmarried Certificate issued by the concerned Tehsildar (where applicable)
E-Ration Card mentioning category and family details, duly attested by the concerned TSO
