The NABARD specialist salary 2026 structure is among the most attractive in India’s public-sector contract hiring space, particularly for AI and data roles.

Period of Contract
Initial engagement: 2 years, extendable up to a maximum of 5 years (reviewed annually)
Either party can terminate with one month’s notice
NABARD also retains the right to terminate without notice or assigning reason
