The University of Kashmir has invited applications from eligible and motivated candidates for the post of Incubation Manager (Entrepreneurship & Incubation) under the NewGen Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Centre (NewGen IEDC). The recruitment is being conducted under the Electropreneur Park (EP) 2.0 Project, sponsored by the Software Technology Parks of India (STPI), Noida.

Extension: Extendable based on satisfactory performance and availability of funds
Monthly Salary: ₹42,000/-
Educational Qualification
Applicants must possess:
A Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks (or equivalent grade) in:
Entrepreneurship
Innovation Management
Business Administration (MBA)
The degree must be obtained from a recognized University or Institution

Job Responsibilities
The selected Incubation Manager will be responsible for:
Managing the day-to-day operations of the NewGen IEDC.
Identifying and evaluating innovative startup ideas.
Supporting startups during pre-incubation and incubation.
Coordinating mentoring programmes.
Organizing entrepreneurship workshops, startup events and innovation activities.
Assisting startups in business planning and fundraising.
Supporting commercialization of innovative technologies.
Helping startups access government grants and schemes.
Maintaining official records, reports and project documentation.
Promoting outreach, branding and ecosystem development activities.
Selection Process
Selection will be based on:
Academic qualifications
Relevant work experience
Domain knowledge
Performance in Presentation/Interview
