Engagement of candidate for the post of Jr. Staff Nurse on Academic arrangement basis under S.O.-364 of 2020, dated 27-11-2020 in Government Medical College, Anantnag.

Pursuant to the selection list issued vide Notification No. GMCA/Estt./Rec./2026/5548-26 dated 17-06-2026, the below-mentioned candidate, who has submitted the Departmental Vigilance (PVC) through online mode to the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) and upon receipt of the same vide Form No. 198782, dated 08-07-2026, is hereby engaged as Jr. Staff Nurse on Academic Arrangement Basis under S.O. of 2020, extendable up to six years (on yearly basis subject to satisfactory performance) or till such posts are filled up by the competent authority on regular basis, whichever is earlier.

The above-mentioned selected candidate is directed to join GMC Anantnag at the earliest and report all 07 days from the date of publication of this engagement order and shall be allowed to join on production of the following documents in original for verification:
Essential Qualification Certificates
Matric Certificate (as proof of date of birth)
10+2 Certificate
GNM/B.Sc. Nursing Certificate
Registration Certificate
Domicile Certificate
Category Certificate (if any)
Health Certificate
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The engagement shall be governed by the following terms and conditions:
The engagement is purely on academic arrangement basis under S.O. 364 of 2020 and does not confer any right for regular appointment.
The candidate shall report for duty within the stipulated time; failing which the engagement may be cancelled.
The engagement is initially for one year and may be extended on yearly basis up to six years subject to:
Satisfactory performance.
Availability of the post.
Requirement of the institution.
The engagement can be terminated at any time without prior notice if:
Performance is found unsatisfactory.
The candidate violates the terms and conditions.
Services are no longer required.

The appointee shall maintain discipline and follow all rules and regulations of Government Medical College, Anantnag.
The selected candidate shall submit all required original documents before joining.
