The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) has announced that the Class 12th practical examinations for 2026 will be conducted in two separate sessions each day.
Morning Session: 10:00 AM
Afternoon Session: 1:00 PM

Candidates are advised to check the official practical date sheet carefully to confirm the session allotted to them based on their roll number. Students should report only during the session assigned by the Board.
Subject-Wise JKBOSE Class 12th Practical Examination Schedule 2026
The practical examination schedule covers a wide range of subjects from the Science, Commerce, Humanities, and Vocational streams.

According to the official date sheet, practical examinations will be conducted on different dates between 21 July 2026 and 27 July 2026.
Since the schedule has been prepared on a roll number-wise and examination centre-wise basis, students should not rely solely on the subject-wise dates. Every candidate must verify the exact date, session, and examination centre corresponding to their roll number in the official notification.

The Board has designated several Government Higher Secondary Schools across Jammu and nearby areas as practical examination centres.

Important Instructions for Class 12th Private Candidates
Private candidates must carefully verify their roll number, examination date, session, and allotted centre before appearing for the practical examination.
JKBOSE has also clarified that if the roll number of any candidate does not appear in the practical date sheet, the candidate should immediately contact the Assistant Secretary, Examination Unit-III, Jammu Division, well before the commencement of the practical examination of the concerned subject. The request must be duly recommended by the concerned institution.
