The National Institute of Electronics & Information Technology (NIELIT), Srinagar/Jammu, under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), Government of India, has invited applications from eligible candidates for the engagement of Project Assistants on a short-term contractual basis under JKST&IC-sponsored Research & Development (R&D) projects.

The engagement is purely temporary and contract-based, with a consolidated monthly remuneration under the respective projects.

A total of 04 Project Assistant positions are available under the following R&D projects:

1. Post-Quantum Secure Drone Surveillance Framework

Project: Post-Quantum Secure Drone Surveillance Framework for Critical Infrastructure and Public Space Monitoring in Jammu & Kashmir

2. Kashmiri Audio Deepfake Detection System

Project: Design and Development of a Kashmiri Safer Audio Alteration Detection System Using Deep Learning Techniques

Nature of Engagement

Short-term contractual appointment.

Purely temporary and project-based.
