Project Objective
The project aims to utilize low-grade fish and fish processing waste for protein extraction and develop personalized dietary products using innovative 3D food printing technology. The research focuses on sustainability, waste reduction, and precision nutrition.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must fulfil the following qualifications:
Highly motivated with a strong research aptitude and willingness to work in a collaborative international research environment.
Ph.D. in Food Science & Technology, Food Engineering, or any relevant discipline.
OR
Master’s Degree in Food Science & Technology with:
Minimum 3 years of research, teaching, or design & development experience, and
At least one research paper published in an SCI-indexed journal.
Desirable Experience
Preference will be given to candidates having experience in:
Protein extraction
Food formulation
NEESF–NEES J&K Hiring for Various Positions
Product design & development
3D food printing
Fellowship
Fellowship will be paid as per Indo-ASEAN Project norms.
The appointment is purely temporary and will remain valid only for the duration of the project.
