Counselling Schedule for Provisional Admission to Lateral Entry Scheme (B.Tech.)
Session: 2026–27
In continuation of Admission Notification No. 01 dated 20.05.2026 and Admission Notification No. 02 dated 01.07.2026, the counselling of candidates who appeared in the Lateral Entry Examination held on 27.07.2026 will be conducted as per the following schedule at the Administrative Block, Government College of Engineering & Technology (GCET), Chak Bhalwal, Jammu.
Counselling Schedule
Position: 1–104
Counselling Date: 10 August 2026 (Monday)
Reporting Time: 09:30 AM to 10:30 AM
Counselling Begins: 11:00 AM onwards
Important Instructions
Candidates must report in person for counselling.
All candidates are required to bring their original certificates and documents for verification.
Provisionally selected candidates must complete the admission formalities on or before 11 August 2026 (03:00 PM).
Admission will be confirmed only after the submission of the prescribed semester fee.
Failure to complete the admission process within the stipulated time will result in the cancellation of the provisional selection/admission.
Important Note
No candidate will be entertained after the reporting time closes at 10:30 AM.
