The Meteorological Centre Srinagar has forecast continued spells of rain and thundershowers across Jammu and Kashmir till August 15, with the possibility of heavy rainfall and flash floods in vulnerable areas between August 9 and 11.
According to the forecast, as per news agency that light to moderate rain or thundershowers are expected at many places from August 6 to 8, with brief intense showers at a few locations.

The MeT Department has warned of heavy rainfall and brief intense heavy showers in a few districts during this period.
