Eligibility Criteria :
Candidates applying for BoB Recruitment 2026 must satisfy the educational qualification, age limit, and post-qualification work experience prescribed for the specific post, as on 01.08.2026. Eligibility criteria vary by post and are detailed below under Qualification and Age Limit.

Educational qualifications must be from a University/Institute/Board recognised by the Government of India or approved regulatory bodies. Age relaxation is applicable only for posts where reservation roster points are available: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer), 10/13/15 years for Persons with Disability (Gen/EWS, OBC, SC/ST respectively), and 5/8/10 years for eligible Ex-servicemen/Commissioned Officers (Gen/EWS, OBC, SC/ST respectively).
Salary :
Selected candidates will draw pay as per the grade/scale applicable to their post, governed by the industry-level bipartite settlement and Joint Note for  bank officers, in addition to allowances and benefits as per the Bank’s policies.

The application fee is non-refundable and must be paid online through Debit Card, Credit Card, Internet Banking, or UPI. The fee is payable irrespective of whether an online test is conducted or whether the candidate is shortlisted for interview.
Selection Process :
The selection process for BoB Recruitment 2026 may comprise Application Scrutiny, an Online Test, a Psychometric Test, and/or a Group Discussion and Personal Interview, as decided by the Bank for each post.
Online Test (if conducted):Â Tentative structure includes Reasoning (25 questions/25 marks), English Language (25 questions/25 marks), Quantitative Aptitude (25 questions/25 marks), and Professional Knowledge (75 questions/150 marks), for a total of 150 questions/225 marks in 150 minutes. Reasoning, English Language, and Quantitative Aptitude sections are qualifying in nature; only Professional Knowledge marks count toward the final result. There is a penalty of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.
Psychometric Test/Personal Interview (PI):Â Conducted to assess personality, communication, problem-solving ability, efficiency, and willingness to work in any part of the country. The minimum qualifying marks for PI are 60% for General & EWS category and 55% for other reserved categories.
Final Selection:Â Based on combined scores from the Online Test and/or PI, subject to vacancies available under the respective category.

Register online using a valid personal email ID and mobile number, which must be kept active till completion of the recruitment process.
Fill in the online application form carefully, upload a scanned photograph, signature, and supporting documents such as Date of Birth proof, qualification certificates, experience letters, and category certificates, as per the specifications given in the notification.
Verify all details before submitting, since no changes are permitted after clicking the Submit button.
Pay the applicable application fee online through Debit Card, Credit Card, Internet Banking, or UPI.
On successful payment, download and retain a printout of the e-receipt and the completed application form for future reference.
Important Instructions
Only candidates willing to serve anywhere in India should apply, as selected candidates will be posted at the Bank’s absolute discretion.
Selected candidates will be on probation for a period of 12 months.
Candidates selected for JMG/S-I posts must execute a service bond to serve for a minimum of 3 years or pay an amount equivalent to three months’ gross salary (not exceeding Rs. 2 lakh) if they leave before completing three years.
Candidates selected for MMG/S-II, MMG/S-III, and SMG/S-IV posts must execute a similar service bond, with the payable amount not exceeding Rs. 3 lakh.
Change of category is not permitted at any stage after registration of the online application.
There is no reservation for Ex-servicemen in the Officers’ Cadre.
The number of vacancies, including reserved vacancies, is provisional and may vary according to the Bank’s actual requirement.
Not more than one application should be submitted by a candidate; in case of multiple applications, only the latest valid (completed) application will be retained.
