Digital Onboarding Specialist (Part-Time)

Assists walk-in branch customers in adopting the Bank’s digital banking ecosystem — mobile banking, internet banking, UPI, and digital applications for FDs, RDs, loans, insurance, investment products, and credit cards. Also supports digital service requests (KYC updates, cheque books, nominee updates, etc.). This is a part-time role (6 hours, 10:30 AM–4:30 PM), open to freshers. Job location: PAN India.

Aadhaar Operator (Part-Time)

Performs Aadhaar enrolment and update processes, captures biometric data (fingerprints, iris scan, photograph), verifies identity documents, enters demographic details as per UIDAI standards, and maintains data privacy. Executive – Debit Card Operations / ATM-Reconciliation-Complaints

Manages large volumes of outbound calls for overdue payment collection, following communication scripts, identifying customer needs, and meeting individual/team collection targets. DRA certification is required; candidates should not be pursuing further studies.

Minimum Graduate required, MBA (Finance/Operations/Supply Chain) preferred, with minimum 5 years of relevant experience. Job location: Gift City, Gandhinagar.

Desktop Support Analyst / IT Support Engineer

Provides Level 1 & Level 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues; manages IT tickets, endpoint/asset management, Active Directory/Microsoft 365 administration, and network troubleshooting. Requires graduation plus CompTIA A+ or equivalent and Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (or equivalent) certifications, with minimum 3+ years of experience.

Preference & Reservation Notes

Preference will be given to Agniveers as well as women returning to the workforce after a career break who meet the prescribed eligibility criteria.
