Eligibility Criteria
Executive Qualification
Candidates must hold an MBA, MBA (Marketing), or PG Diploma in Management/Marketing from a recognised Management Institute/University, along with a minimum of one year of experience in direct sales. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Media Sales.
Key Skills Required
The notification also specifies that candidates should be dynamic and confident, with sound knowledge of sales practices, excellent communication skills with fluency in English (fluency in the local language is an advantage), strong soft skills to interact with senior industry members, and the ability to work in a team as well as self-start toward revenue targets.
Age Limit
Candidates must be below 35 years of age as on the date of notification (07 September 2026).

Important Instructions
This is a purely contractual engagement; selected candidates will have no claim, implicit or explicit, to absorption or regularisation in Prasar Bharati.
The engagement is full-time; candidates will not be permitted to take up any other assignment during the contract period.
Persons engaged may be assigned additional tasks beyond the specific role for which they are hired.
Initial engagement is for two years, with an annual appraisal; extension is subject to organisational requirement and performance review.

The engagement can be discontinued/terminated by either side with one month’s notice, or one month’s salary in lieu thereof, without assigning any reason.
