JKBOSE Extends Affiliation Case File Submission Deadline for Private Schools

“Extension in last date for submission of affiliation case files by the affiliated
private academic institutions of Jammu Division including district Leh of UT of Ladakh”.

Circular bearing No’s:-F(Gen-EOA/CN/7701601)B/JD/2026, Dated:-16-04-2026 of the Joint Secretary, General JD

Consequent upon the failure of some of the Heads of private academic institutions of Jammu Division to submit their “affiliation extension case files”, it is hereby circulated for information of the Heads of such affiliated private high and higher secondary schools of Jammu Division including district Leh of UT of Ladakh, having their affiliation expiring in the month of October 2026/March 2027, that the last date for submission of such Affiliation case files/applications is further extended upto 31sl of October 2026.

The online submission facility of affiliation cases shall be available via the designated portal on the official website of J&K Board of School Education i.e.www.jkbose.jk.gov.in.

The management(s) of the institution(s) which fail(s) to submit its/their case(s)/files(s) within the stipulated time frame shall be liable to remit late fee, in addition to the prescribed fee, in terms of above referred to “Circular Affiliation Calendar”, already notified for the purpose.
