Mission YUVA Reasi Recruitment 2026
The engagement is for Motivators, with a total of 5 vacancies. Selected candidates will receive a fixed remuneration of ₹2,000 per month, along with an allowance intended to cover local travel and communication expenses.
In addition, a performance-based variable incentive is available on the basis of the number of sanctioned loan applications, subject to a maximum of ₹3,000 per month.
Available Panchayats Under Mission YUVA Reasi
Candidates belonging to the following Panchayats falling within the respective clusters are eligible to apply:
Cluster 1
Arboses, Nithoch, Dewal-A-B, Lar, Gulab Garh and Baransal.
Cluster 2
Chakalwallan, Dhaki Kote, Ji-A, B. Gari, Narkote and Thub.
Cluster 3
Badder, Larh, Bashole-A-B-C, Sarh Upper-A and Sarh Upper-B.
Cluster 4
Jamaslan-A-B, Mahore, Silchar and Shajroo-B.

Who Can Apply?
The notice encourages applications from retired government officials, NGO workers, Pashu Sakhis, Bank Sakhis, other Community Resource Persons and local community members.
Applicants must fulfil the following eligibility conditions:
The applicant should be 21 years or above as on the date of notification.
The minimum educational qualification is 10th pass.
The applicant must be a domicile of Jammu & Kashmir.
Each Motivator will be responsible for managing at least 5 Panchayats/Wards allotted to them.
Remuneration for Mission YUVA Motivator
Selected Motivators will receive:
Fixed Pay: ₹2,000 per month
Allowance: For local travel and communication
Performance Incentive: Based on the number of sanctioned loan applications
Maximum Performance Incentive: Up to ₹3,000 per month
The performance incentive will therefore depend on the work performed and the number of sanctioned loan applications.
