Interview notice for the posts of SBDU/BHDs re-advertised under Mission YUVA vide letter no DCK/Adm/2026-27/2786-94, Dated: 04-08-2026.

Interview Notice

Whereas, advertisement notice was issued through the office of District Development Commissioner Kathua vide endorsement no: DCK/Adm/2026-27/2786-94, Dated: 04-08-2026 for filling up post of BHD coordinator under Mission YUVA, with the last date of application fixed as 14-08-2026;

Whereas, in response to the aforementioned advertisement, a total of 13 applications were received;

Whereas, the system had auto calculated the marks of the candidates on the basis of applications filled by them and it was found that out of 13 eligible candidates, 07 were qualified (Minimum points required 40) and 06 were not qualified as per the guidelines of Mission YUVA;

Whereas the list of not qualified candidates was published in public domain vide no. DECC/K/2026-27/1441-43 dated 10.9.2026 for inviting objections to the said list;

Whereas, in response to the above published notice no objection was received. Hence the Total No. of Candidates remain the unchanged;

Whereas, during the meeting of District Selection Oversight Committee, the documents of all the qualified candidates were placed before the committee and out of 07 qualified candidates only 04 no. of candidates met the selection criteria as per the approved guidelines of Mission YUVA for hiring of SBDU & BHDs;

Now, therefore, it is hereby notified that the candidates figuring in the annexure to this notification have qualified for the interview.

These candidates further directed to appear for interview before the designated committee on 1st of October, 2026 at 11:30 AM, at Deputy Commissioner Office, Kathua.
