Eligibility

Educational Qualification
Candidates should possess a Post-Graduate degree in the relevant subject, with a minimum of 50% marks in post-graduation.

Selection Process 2026
The selection of candidates will be made on the basis of merit.
The selection criteria include marks for postgraduate qualification, M.Phil, Ph.D. and relevant teaching experience.
Merit Criteria
Candidates will be awarded:
Post-Graduation in the relevant subject: 80 points
M.Phil in the relevant subject: 20 points
Ph.D. in the relevant subject: 3 points
Experience in the relevant subject at HS/HSS level: 7.5 points for each complete academic year, subject to a maximum of 15 points
The merit will be prepared subject-wise separately.
In case two or more candidates obtain equal marks, preference will first be given to the candidate having higher marks percentage in post-graduation. If the tie still persists, the marks obtained at the Graduation level will be considered. If the tie continues, the age of the applicant will determine the preference.
Important Terms and Conditions
The hiring of Cluster Resource Coordinators will be made strictly on a temporary basis for Government High and Higher Secondary Schools.
The engagement will continue up to 31 March 2027, without any further notice or information. In case regular arrangements are made by the Government, the temporary CRC will have to relinquish the assignment as required.
Candidates can apply for only one subject.
The engagement will not confer any preferential claim upon the candidate for selection or appointment on a regular basis.
Selected candidates will also be required to furnish an undertaking in the form of an affidavit executed before a First-Class Judicial Magistrate, stating that they will not claim regular engagement/continuation beyond the academic session 2026-27.
The candidature will be considered only for candidates having District Udhampur domicile.
