Educational Qualification
Candidates applying for the Kathua Cluster Resource Coordinator Recruitment 2026 should possess a Post-Graduate (PG) Degree in the relevant subject, along with the required consolidated marks cards and other supporting documents.
Candidates who have been awarded grades in CGPA instead of marks are required to submit a conversion certificate from the concerned university showing the equivalent percentage.

Nature and Duration of Engagement
The engagement of the selected candidates will be purely temporary and academic in nature.
The engagement is for the 2026-27 academic session and will remain valid up to March 31, 2027.
The appointment will not confer any right upon the selected candidate for regular appointment against any permanent post.
The selected CRCs will perform duties assigned by the competent authority and provide academic support, mentoring and teaching support to the assigned schools/clusters.
