Final Merit list/Select List Released of AWHs Hiranagar
Whereas vide this Office Advertisement Notice No: 08 of 2026 dated: 27.06.2026, applications were invited from eligible female candidate against 28 vacant post of Sahayikas (AWHs) of Project Hiranagar.
Whereas Post of AWH of AWC Gurah Mundian C was withheld vide this office Notice issued under endorsement No. CDPO/Poshan/Hgr/521-25 dated 08.07.2026 due to recification in ward no. of location of respective AWC.
Whereas 58 candidates have applied against 27 vacant posts of Sahayikas (AWHs).
Whereas the scrutinization of application forms was fixed on 27.08.2026 vide CDPO Hiranagar office letter No: CDPO/Hgr/2026-27/ 830-39 dated: 22.08.2026 and CDPO/Hgr/2026-27/849-58 dated: 24.08.2026
Whereas the merit and other necessary particulars of all the candidates were scrutinized/checked on 27.08.2026 by the Selection Committee for Sahayikas constituted vide Govt Order No: – 103 -JK(SWD) of 2023 dated: – 28-04-2023 and Govt Order No: 222 -JK(SWD) of 2022 dated: 30-11-2022.
Whereas the Provisional/Tentative merit list and Provisional/Tentative Select List as per Annexure-A and Annexure-B to this notification has been prepared/approved by the above referred committee in its meeting held on 27.08.2026, as per terms and conditions mentioned in Govt Order No: 103 -JK(SWD) of 2023 dated: 28-04-2023 and Govt Order No :222 -JK(SWD) of 2022 dated:30-ll-2022.
Whereas the Provisional/Tentative merit list and Provisional/Tentative Select List were advertised in newspaper State Times dated 22.09.2026 . One objection/grievance has been received by this office of AWC Chakra and Selection Committee found no merit in objection and the objection is disposed off.

Whereas the Final merit list and Final Select List as per Annexure-A and Annexure-B to this notification has been prepared/approved by the above referred committee in
its meeting, as per terms and conditions mentioned in Govt Order No: 103 -JK(SWD) of 2023 dated: 28-04-2023 and Govt Order No :222 -JK(SWD) of 2022 dated:30-ll-2022.
Therefore, in view of the above and as per the procedure laid in the above referred Govt Orders, the Final Merit List and Final Select List as Annexure-A and Annexure-B respectively are hereby published for the information of general public and all concerned.
For Grievance(s)/Objection(s) (if any), the appeal in this regard shall lie before Deputy Commissioner Kathua within 10 days from the date of issuance of this notification/list. No grievance(s)/Objection(s) of any kind shall be entertained after ten days from the date of issuance of this notification/list.
