Experience
Senior Manager (Finance / HR): Post qualification Executive experience of 13 years in Executive/Officer cadre, out of which at least 2 years in the immediate lower grade / scale IDA: 80,000 – 3% – 2,20,000 Equivalent level (private sector): Rs. 20 lacs p.a CTC. Minimum 13 years of post-qualification experience in Executive/ Officer cadre in the area of Accounts/ Finance/ Internal Audit (for Finance) or Human Resource and Industrial Relation (for HR) preferably in Public Sector Organizations/ Central Government/ State Government/ Large Private Sector organization of repute.
Deputy General Manager (Finance / HR): Post qualification Executive experience of 17 years in Executive/Officer cadre, out of which at least 2 years in the immediate lower grade / scale IDA: 90,000 – 3% – 2,40,000 Equivalent level (private sector): Rs. 23 lacs p.a CTC. Minimum 17 years of post-qualification experience in Executive/ Officer cadre in the area of Accounts/ Finance/ Internal Audit (for Finance) or Human Resource and Industrial Relation (for HR) preferably in Public Sector Organizations/ Central Government/ State Government/ Large Private Sector organization of repute.
Additional General Manager (Finance / HR): Post qualification Executive experience of 21 years in Executive/Officer cadre, out of which at least 2 years in the immediate lower grade / scale IDA: 1,00,000 – 3% – 2,60,000 Equivalent level (private sector): Rs. 26 lacs p.a CTC. Minimum 21 years of post-qualification experience in Executive/ Officer cadre in the area of Accounts/ Finance/ Internal Audit (for Finance) or Human Resource and Industrial Relation (for HR) preferably in Public Sector Organizations/ Central Government/ State Government/ Large Private Sector organization of repute.

Protection of Basic Pay in the case of PSU and Govt. Employees is applicable as per DPE Guidelines issued from time to time. The Compensation Package includes Basic Pay, Dearness Allowance, Perquisites and Allowance @ 35% of basic pay as per cafeteria, Performance Related Pay, Company Leased Accommodation / Company Quarters or HRA, reimbursement of monthly conveyance expenditure, mobile instrument facility, communication charges reimbursement, short- and long-term Loans & Advances including House Building Advance, Car Loan, Computer/ Laptop Loan, Medical facilities, Group Insurance, PF, Gratuity, Pension, and Post-Retirement Medical Benefits.

Selection Process
The marks obtained in Personal Interview will be taken as a basis for drawing final merit and empanelling the candidates for selection.
No candidate securing overall less than 50% marks will be empanelled.
Empanelment will be made in order of merit.

Important Instructions
Internship, Training, Apprenticeship, and Teaching Period will not be counted as experience.
All qualifications must be regular and full-time from Indian Universities/Institutes recognized by AICTE or appropriate statutory authorities.
Candidates working in Govt./PSU must forward applications through proper channel or produce a “No Objection Certificate” at the time of Personal Interview.
Candidates employed with Government Departments, PSUs, or Autonomous Bodies must submit a relieving letter from their current organization at the time of joining.
Private sector candidates must mandatorily submit Form 16 for FY 24-25 and FY 25-26 along with a CTC certificate in the prescribed format (Annexure A).
Candidates must bring a valid photo ID to the interview; photocopies are not acceptable.
