Drone-Like Object Found In Paddy Field Near IB In Kana Chak Jammu
Jammu, Oct 24: A drone-like object was found lying in a paddy field in Kana Chak area of Jammu near the International Border.
Officials told news agency that the object was recovered from the paddy field belonging to Vijay Kumar, son of Tilak Raj, resident of Village Makhyal, Kana Chak, falling under the jurisdiction of Police Station Kana Chak.

Subsequently, police reached the spot, took the drone-like object into custody and brought it to Police Station Kana Chak.
Preliminary inquiry suggests it is an Indian-made toy drone, made in China, with a range of around two and a half kilometers.
The location is about 2.5 km from the International Border.
Police have taken cognizance and further verification is underway.
