Coronavirus 21 suspected cases have been tested till date & no positive case in J&K

Govt urges public not to panic; entire administrative machinery activated, all facilities as required are put in place. 21 suspected cases have been tested till date & no positive case has been reported so far across J&K

100 percent self declarations at Jammu and Srinagar airports have been started from today to trace any traveller having travel history to infected countries.

Dedicated 24×7 Data Control Centres established at Srinagar and Jammu to receive the information of travellers coming from the affected countries. For further transmitting same to the districts for earliest tracing.

Check points for the people travelling by roads have been setup at Lakhanpur and Lower Munda (Zig).

Adequate number of facilities have been raised both in Jammu & Srinagar as well as district level including quarantine & isolation facilities, ICUs with dedicated ventilators have also been set up: Bhupinder Kumar Mission Director NHM.

Restricting large gatherings under active consideration: J&K Govt.
