Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs, Directorate General Border Security Force (BSF) has advertised a notification for the recruitment of Head Constable (Radio Operator) & Head Constable (Radio Mechanic) vacancies in Group C on temporary basis. Those Candidates who are interested in the vacancy details & completed all eligibility criteria can read the Notification & Apply online.

For SC/ ST, Female Candidates of all categories & BSF serving personnel: Nil

Payment mode: SBI Gateway using Internet Banking/ Credit/ Debit cards/ BHIM pay

Starting Date to Apply Online: 14-05-2019

Last Date to Apply Online: 12-06-2019

Date of OMR based screening test: 28-07-2019 (Postponed to 22-09-2019)

Date of PST, PET & Documentation: From 09-10-2019 (Postponed to 02 to 21-12-2019 onwards)

Date of Descriptive written test: 24-11-2019 (Postponed to 02-02-2020)

Date of Final Medical Exam: From 30-01-2020 (Postponed to 13-04-2020 on wards) 

Date for New Final Medical Exam: 29-06-2020 to 09-07-2020 (Postponed to 2nd Week of August 2020) (Changed to 14 to 30-09-2020)

Date of Review Medical Exam: 04 to 18-01-2021

Age Limit as on 01-08-2019

For General Category: 18-25 Years

For OBC Category: 18-28 Years

For SC & ST Category: 18-30 Years

Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.

Qualification:

Candidates should possess Matriculation or equivalent and ITI (Relevant Trades) or 12th standard with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics.
