Physical Efficiency Test (PET): Candidates who qualify in the CBT will be required to undergo a Physical Efficiency Test (PET).
Document Verification & Medical Examination: Candidates who clear the PET will proceed to the Document Verification (DV) stage, followed by a Medical Examination.
Admit Cards & Notifications: Candidates must download the City and Date Intimation, e-Call Letters, and Travel Authority (if applicable) from the official RRB/RRC websites.
Normalization of Marks: In cases where the CBT is conducted in multiple sessions, marks will be normalized to ensure fairness in the evaluation process.

Shortlisting for Document Verification & Medical Examination: Candidates will be shortlisted for Document Verification (DV) and Medical Examination at a 1:1 ratio based on their merit in the CBT and qualification in the PET. Shortlisted candidates will receive notifications through the official RRC websites, as well as SMS and email, with instructions to download their e-Call Letters for DV.
Negative Marking: A penalty of 1/3rd of the allotted marks per question will be applied for incorrect answers in the CBT.
Additional Candidate Calls: More candidates than the available vacancies may be called for PET and subsequent stages to account for potential absences or other exigencies in the recruitment process. However, qualifying in PET, DV, and Medical Examination does not guarantee final selection or appointment by the Railways.
